Dark and moody with flowing texture and highlights of gold. This piece was inspired by my fascination and fear of the deep ocean. It captures the darkness, the current and the flashes of sunlight that travel down from the surface.
This is an original mixed media piece. The base substraight is an untreated wood panel. The painted surface of the artwork has been UV treated with archival varnish to deter discolouration and deterioration.
